With every entity funded, TOP is able to allocate additional funding towards specific infrastructural related projects that have immediate positive impact on local communities.

Sectors of infrastructure, health, entertainment, tourism, affordable housing, mining, education, distribution, production and manufacturing
Basic Terms
- Up to five year term
- Up to 9% rate depending on balance sheet, performance track record and pro social impact
- 15% down payment of total sum borrowed
- 2% origination fees
- Financier will own equivalent shares of equity (or deed/title) until total debt is paid off. Shares will be returned quarterly as debt is paid down
- Closing within 90 days
- Draw down as per allocation schedule
Flow Of Project
TOP funds project ABC, project ABC manages debt obligation over five year term. ABC routes up to 3% of net revenues to designated NGOs that have established track records of community service.
Vision
Governments change, policies change, support for various community services come and go. By investing in entities that are willing to participate in continuous community building efforts, it creates a win win for all parties involved. Consider it like a business adopting an NGO that is dedicated to particular services. We fund the business and in turn the business allocates a few points a year to NGO(s).
